Refund Policy:
- All treatments and gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- I encourage clients to thoroughly research and choose their treatments mindfully.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in the treatment being postponed to a new mutually agreed-upon date.
- Failure to provide the minimum 48 hours' notice for cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.
Lateness Policy:
- I kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure the full duration of their chosen treatment.
- In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other scheduled clients.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the session may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 48 hours' notice at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a fee or result in the forfeiture of the session, depending on the circumstances.
No-show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.
Exceptions:
- Soulful Holistic Therapies understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
