About Me

My journey as a reflexologist began at a time when I truly needed support myself. During a challenging period in my life, reflexology became a gentle and steady part of my journey back towards feeling more balanced. It helped me ease stress, regain emotional balance and reconnect with a sense of calm. While I explored several supportive approaches at the time, reflexology stood out for me in a way that felt deeply grounding and lasting. Its impact stayed with me, and in 2019 I felt naturally drawn to train as a reflexologist.

Before moving fully into holistic practice, I spent over 12 years working as a registered nurse within the NHS, most recently as a clinical nurse specialist.  Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed first-hand hand how the fast-paced demands of modern life can take a serious toll on both physical and emotional well-being, often contributing to dis-ease within the body.

My wider interest in natural health began earlier, when I became a mother. I was drawn to gentler, more supportive ways of caring for my children through everyday ailments, which naturally opened the door to a deeper interest into alternative and holistic therapies. Over time, I began to see just how powerful a balanced, whole-person approach can be.

In 2022, I made the life-changing decision to step away from nursing and devote myself fully to holistic practice. I now offer professional reflexology alongside aromatherapy and massage, allowing me to support clients in a calm, nurturing and personalised way.

Over time, I’ve developed a special interest in supporting women through the many phases of life, including pregnancy, menopause, reproductive health and fertility, and I have completed additional specialist training in these areas. I feel deeply honoured to walk alongside women during these transitions and to offer a safe, supportive space where they can relax, reconnect with their bodies and feel cared for. One of the things I love most, particularly for reflexology, is how it really supports the nervous system to gently shift towards a more regulated and settled state.

Alongside this, navigating my own health challenge has given me a deeper understanding of how complex and personal the journey to well-being can be. It keeps me grounded, compassionate and realistic in the way I work and influences the steady, supportive care I offer in every treatment. One of my other passions is my ongoing commitment to personal development, which continues to gently shape how I show up both personally and professionally.

I am fully insured and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), and I am committed to professional excellence and continual learning.

Supporting others to feel balanced, connected, and well is truly at the heart of everything I do.
