About Me

My journey into natural health began when I became a mother.  I was drawn to gentle, supportive ways to care for my children through everyday ailments, which sparked a deeper interest in holistic approaches.  But it was during a particularly challenging period in my personal life that I truly began to understand the power of these therapies.  That experience led me to reconnect with myself and re-evaluate what was important.

Reflexology and Reiki played a key role in helping me manage stress, restore emotional balance, and regain a sense of calm.  Their impact was so profound that in 2019, I felt called to train as a reflexologist.  With over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse within the NHS, most recently as a clinical nurse specialist, I have witnessed first hand how the fast-paced demands of modern life  can take a serious toll on both physical and emotional well-being, often contributing to dis-ease within the body.

In 2022, I made the life changing decision to step away from nursing and follow my heart into full-time holistic practice.  Since then, I've also trained in aromatherapy and reiki, which beautifully complement my holistic approach.

​

Since starting out, I've become deeply passionate about supporting women through the many phases of life including pregnancy, menopause and reproductive health (fertility) and have completed additional training in these areas.  There is something truly powerful to walk alongside women during these times, creating space, helping them reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and feel supported every step of the way.
